Before treatment:
The patient had problems with lower limbs and balance functions in October 2013, he couldn’t walk well and it was easy for him to fall down, his condition got worse and worse, so he went to local hospital and diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in March 2004. He used interferon, Natalizumab and CD-20 for treatment, but his condition still got worse. In recent two years, his condition got worse fast, his memory ability was bad, he was unable to control his urination, he couldn’t take care of himself and he had bad vision function in right eye. He was unable to walk or stand up.
His spirit is normal. He has normal diet and sleep.

Admission PE:
Bp: 155/100mmHg, Hr: 71/min, breathing rate: 18/min, body temperature: 36.3 degrees. Height: 165cm, weight: 108Kg. Nutrition status is normal, normal physical development, fat. Chest develop is normal, the respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear, no dry or moist rales. The heart beat is powerful with regular cardiac rhythm, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was soft and bulge, with no masses or tenderness.

Nervous System Examination:
Patient was alert and mental status was good, clear speech, the orientation ability was normal, calculate slowly, short term memory was not good, comprehension and response slowly. Both pupils were equal in size and round, diameter as 2.5 mm, react well to light, right eyesight was normal, left side was not as good as right side, there was vertical nystagmus, eyeballs can move freely. Bilateral forehead wrinkle is symmetrical. The bilateral nasolabial groove depth is same, tongue is in middle position, show teeth is normal, he can make tongue out as normal, no tongue muscle atrophy. The uvula was in middle, no pharyngeal hyperemia or tonsil swollen. The pharyngeal reflex was normal, neck could move freely. 4 limbs muscle tone were basically normal. Right upper limb muscle power was 4 degree. Right hand grip force was 5- degree, left upper limb muscle power was 3 degree, left hand grip force was 4- degree. Lower limbs muscle power were 3 degree. Abdominal reflex reduced, 4 limbs tendon reflex were normal. Sucking reflex was negative, bilateral palm-jaw reflex were positive, bilateral Hoffmann sign were negative. The Babinski sign of both sides were negative. His body sensory examination was normal. He could perform finger to nose test, fast alternate movement and finger opposite movement stable, the lower limbs coordinate movement was slowly because of weakness. He could not stand himself, and he could not keep the standing posture once being supported to stand up, he could not walk straightly or do the Romberg sign examination, the Meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment:
After the admission, he received related examinations, he received 3 neural stem cell injections and 3 mesenchymal stem cell injections to repair his damaged nerves, replace dead nerves with new injected stem cells, nourish nerves, regulate his immune system and improve blood circulation, with rehabilitation training.     

Post-treatment:
After 14 days’ treatment, his mental status was stable, the cognitive function and comprehensive ability were much better, calculation ability improved, his body limbs strength increased, ehe can grasped powerful, the muscle power of lower limbs was increased 20%, he could stand up, walk and turn round himself, and he could stand much stable than before. The endurance improved also, ha can walk meters without support for 10 meters.
