Before treatment:
The patient felt uncomfortable in her right leg 17 years ago. As well she had unclear vision in the right eye and she was diagnosed with MS after examinations. She had tremor in her right hand when she was pregnant 11 years ago so she took some kinds of medicines and did rehabilitation training without any good effect. She had problems with her balance function 5-6 years ago, it was hard for her to walk and she has needed help with walking in the past 3 years. She had difficulty with swallowing and she also had double vision.
Her spirit is good, her diet and sleep are normal. She has normal urination and defecation functions.

Admission PE:
Bp: 114/76mmHg, Hr: 73/min, breathing rate: 18/min, body temperature: 36.2 degrees. Height 154cm, weight: 51Kg. Nutrition status is good with normal physical development. The chest development was normal, the respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear and there were no dry or moist rales. The heart beat is powerful with regular cardiac rhythm and no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was bulging and soft with no masses or tenderness. 

Nervous System Examination:
Patient was alert and had clear speech. Her orientation and calculation abilities were normal . Both pupils were equal and round, diameter of 2.5mm, react well to light, both eyes sight were normal, no nystagmus, the eyeballs can move freely and they can converge normally. Bilateral forehead wrinkle and nasolabial fold are symmetrical, showing teeth was normal, she could make her tongue extend out normally and there was no tongue muscle atrophy with the uvula in the middle. Her neck can move freely. The left side lateral proximal side muscle tone was slightly higher, the other limbs muscle tone were normal. Muscle power of the left arm was 4+ degrees, the right arm was 5 degrees, left hand grip force was 5- degrees, right hand grip force was 5 degrees. The left leg muscle power was 4- degrees, right was 5 degrees. The abdomen reflex was normal, 4 limbs tendon reflex was active, sucking reflex was negative and the jaw reflex was negative. Bilateral palm-jaw reflex was negative, the Hoffmann sign of both sides was negative, bilateral Babinski sign was positive. Her superficial sensory was basically normal, the left side tuning fork vibration sense was reduced, she can perform the arm  fast alternate movement, finger opposite movement or finger to nose test slowly. The trunk coordinate movement was not stable as normal and the patient could not perform the Romberg's sign exam or walk straight. She had difficulty to stand on one leg, the meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment:
After the admission she received 3  nerve regeneration treatments (neural stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells) to repair her damaged nerves, replace dead nerves, nourish nerves, regulate her immune system and improve blood circulation. This was combined with rehabilitation training.     

Post-treatment:
After 14 days treatment her diplopia nearly made a full recovery. Her left side body movement was much more stable than before and the right arm shaking alleviated.  Both hands were more flexible, the leg balance and coordinate movement got better, she could stand on one leg for 10 seconds, she walked better and longer and she could now walk by herself for a little bit.
