Before treatment:  
The patient’s mother had parodynia when she was 39 weeks pregnant. When the patient was 3 months old he could raise his head. At the age of 1 he was unable to turn over his body. He could crawl when he was two. He was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Ataxia. He did rehabilitation training regularly and at present he has developmental delay, needs help with standing and walking, has foot drop and he is unable to stand or walk by himself. He is able to crawl, turn over his body and sit by himself. He needs help with eating and dressing. He cannot speak clearly.
His spirit is good but he has a bad diet. His sleep is normal. 
    
Admission PE:
Bp: 90/60mmHg, Hr: 85/min, breathing rate: 18/min, body temperature: 36 degrees. His height is 112 cm, weight 11.5Kg. There is no injury or bleeding spots of his skin and mucosa, no blausucht, no throat congestion and he had lost a few teeth. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear and there was no dry or moist rales. The heart beat was powerful with regular cardiac rhythm and no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was flat and soft with no masses or tenderness. The liver and spleen were normal. There was no edema of the legs

Nervous System Examination:
Patient was alert with good mental status. His memory and orientation ability was normal. He could not complete the calculation ability examination. He had speech development delay, could speak in a simple manner but the pronunciation was not clear. His bilateral pupils were equal and round, diameter was 3mm and they react well to light. The eyeballs can move freely, there was no nystagmus. The bilateral forehead wrinkle and nasolabial fold are symmetrical, showing teeth was normal, he could make his tongue extend out as normal, his neck was soft and he could shrug powerfully. His hands can grasp with a hand grip of 5 degrees. He could not complete the 4 limbs muscle power examination but the 4 limbs muscle tone was normal. He needs assistance to walk and he had feet drop. The tendon reflex of his arms was decreased, patellar tendon reflex of the legs was normal, the sucking reflex was negative and his bilateral palm-jaw reflex was negative. The Babinski sign of both sides was positive. Fast alternate movement was poor, finger opposite movement was clumsy and he could not do the heel-knee-tibia test. He could not perform the Romberg's sign examination, the meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment:
After the admission he received 3 times nerve regeneration treatment(neural stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells) to repair his damaged nerves, replace dead nerves, nourish nerves, regulate his immune system and improve blood circulation. This was done with rehabilitation training.     

Post-treatment:
After 15 days treatment he could speak clearer, could raise his arms and grasp easier. He could now hold his food and eat. He could do a squat as the muscle power of his back and waist was increased. He could now stand by himself and walk with a little help.
