Before treatment:
Adan was a premature baby, his weight was 1.76 kg when he was born. He was choked for couple of seconds when he was born, the doctors rescued him, but his physical development was slowly, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. When he was 18 months old, he was able to sit with someone’s help, when he was 3 years old, he was only able to turn over his body, when he was 4 years old, he was able to walk with someone’s help. His hands were clumsy, his language and intelligence were normal. He did rehabilitation training all the time, twice a week. His hands were more flexible than before, he was able to walk with walker’s help, but he had to wear orthosis. He could barely take care of himself. His family members wanted his to have a better life, so he was taken to our hospital.
His spirit, diet and sleep were all normal. His urination and defecation were normal.

Admission PE:
Bp: 112/62mmHg, Hr: 95/min, body temperature: 36.4 degrees. Height: 137cms, weight: 31kgs. The chest develop is normal and symmetrical. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were normal, there was no dry or moist rales.The cardiac rhythm was regular, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was flat and soft. His liver and spleen were normal. There was no edema in both lower limbs.

Nervous System Examination:
Patient was alert and his spirit was good, clear speech. His comprehension ability, memory, orientation and calculation ability were normal. Both pupils were equal in size and round.Both pupils react well to light stimulus, eyeballs can move freely, his eyes position is abnormal. His tongue was centered in his mouth, his tongue muscle was normal, uvula was in the middle position, soft plate can lift as normal. Neck is soft with normal tension, he can move neck freely. The muscle power of right upper limb was at level 4+, of left arm is 4 degree. The grip force of both hands is 5- degree, muscle power of right lower limb is 4- degree of left lower limb is 3+ degree, patient can move himself from lying positive to sit up with some difficulty, he can not stand or walk himself, he can not crawl in bed, patient had foot drop, he can turn over in both sides. Muscle tone of left upper limb and leg adductor muscles of both sides is slightly higher than normal, tendon reflex of 4 limbs is hyperactive. Bilateral ankle clonus was positive, bilateral Babinski sign is positive, the fast alternate movement and fingers opposite examination are clumsy, finger to nose test is fairly stable and accurate, right side heel-knee-tibia test is stable and correct, of left side is less stable because of the abnormal muscle power and muscle tone.

Treatment:
After the admission, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, he received 4 neural stem cell injections and 4 mesenchymal stem cell injections to repair his damaged nerves, replace dead nerves with new injected stem cells, make his brian and spinal nerves grow up again, active stem cells in his body, regulate his immune system, nourish nerves and improve blood circulation, control the seizure and activate his own neurons. He also had rehabilitation training.

Post-treatment:
After 21days of treatment, his motor function, spirit and energy were improved. His fast alternate movement and fingers opposite test are much stable than before, muscle power of lower limbs increased, muscle force of right lower limb is 4 degree, of left lower limb is 4- degree. The muscle tone of bilateral legs adductor muscles reduced, his abnormal scissors gait change a lot and his abnormal conjoint movement of lower limbs reduced also. The condition of his lower limbs popliteal space muscle tendon flexion contracture was better.
